2. How to Enter. To enter the contest, complete the enclosed survey. All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by UBCP/ACTRA. There is one (1) contest entry per member, regardless of the method of entry. If it is discovered that any person has attempted to exceed the limits stated in these terms and conditions and/or used multiple identities, email addresses, or any automated or other system or program to enter the Contest, then such person may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of UBCP/ACTRA. Entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or contain false or misleading information are void.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except that UBCP/ACTRA reserves right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. To receive the prize, the winner will be sent a physical Visa gift card. Prize winners must provide a mailing address upon acceptance to receive their prize.

4. Chances of Winning. The chances of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection and Confirmation. Within one week of the survey closing, Lux Insights will conduct a random draw, in Vancouver, British Columbia, from all eligible entries received. Selected entrants must meet all eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions. To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question. Only one prize may be won per person. In the event that any selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or is otherwise unwilling or unable to comply in full with these rules, a new entry will be drawn.

Selected entrants will be contacted by email. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. If the selected entrant is unreachable within five (5) days, a new entrant will be chosen in the same manner until a winner is determined.

Decisions by UBCP/ACTRA in respect of all aspects of this contest including, but not limited to, eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to the skill-testing question, are final.
