MEMBER DUES DEADLINES:
ANNUAL DUES – March 31, 2025
10% LATE FEE ADDED – APRIL 1, 2025
MEMBERSHIP STATUS CHANGE – APRIL 30, 2025

  • Failure to pay your annual dues by April 1, a 10% late fee will be applied to your account
  • Failure to pay your annual dues by April 30th and your membership will be suspended.

Note:  Suspended members are charged non-refundable work permits if they work, along with a service fee on all residual payments, and will not receive insurance or retirement benefits.

  • If annual dues are in arrears for (2) two consecutive years, your Union membership will automatically be resigned.

Note: Resigned members will pay service charges on residual payments and must reinstate their membership to work. Reinstatement into the Union at a future date requires payment of any outstanding annual dues, fees and or penalties, and the reinstatement fee of $1600.00.

  • Full Members who change to Withdrawn status before April 1, 2025, do not pay annual dues until they reactivate their account.
  • Withdrawn status is only available to Full Members who are in good standing and who have been a member for at least twelve (12) months.

To complete the process a member must:

  • Pay all outstanding fees
  • Agree not to perform in the UBCP/ACTRA jurisdiction
  • Submit the completed Withdrawal form and
  • Pay the withdrawal fee of $48.75 ($24.38 for Senior Full Members)
  • Failure to pay your annual dues by April 1, a 10% late fee will be applied to your account
  • Failure to pay your annual dues by April 30th and your membership will automatically be cancelled.
  • Qualifying credits on file cannot be used to rejoin until a new Qualifying credit has been earned.
  • Failure to pay your annual dues by April 30th, your membership will automatically be cancelled.
  • All  accumulated hours and days worked as a UBCP/ACTRA Background Member will be lost and will not be eligible towards a future membership.
