By registering for any of the courses below you agree to the course registration and refund policy.
UBCP/ACTRA course registration and refund policy
Payment must be received within 48 hours of being notified that you were chosen for a spot in the
class you registered for.
Cancellations made up to 3 -6 business days before the first class are subject to a processing fee equal to 50% of the registration fee.
The registration fee will be forfeited for cancellations made within 2 business days or less of the course start date or at any time after the course has started.
The Union reserves the right to cancel seminars due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond the Union’s control.
Should the Union cancel a workshop/seminar due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond the Union’s control, the full amount of the registration fee shall be refunded.
