Course Description
This workshop aims to help participants enhance their physical capabilities by building body awareness through strength and mobility exercises, as well as mastering ITF Taekwondo techniques for on-screen combat.
APPLICANTS MUST BE 19+
Full Members with a minimum of one (1) Stunt Performer credit.
No previous training required! Just come and have fun!
This is a one (1) day workshop

Applicants will be entered into a lottery, and names will be drawn in random order.
We will contact you by August 14 by 4:30 PM to confirm if you have a spot in the class or are on the waitlist.

In the event that the instructor cannot teach due to illness or a work booking, the class will either be postponed to a later date or taught by a qualified substitute instructor.
