| The Acting Mindfully Lab is an exploration of three pillars:
1. MINDFULLNESS: Learning various mindfulness practices to boost self-confidence, self-compassion, focus, presence, and to give tools to cope with nerves, anxiety, and more.
2. SCRIPT WORK: As well as employing techniques for script analysis, character development, etc. we delve into mindfulness and visualization techniques to create and embody fully developed characters.
3. LIVING MINDFULLY: Through journaling and using life coaching techniques, the actor explores and discovers how to take their work even deeper and to explore the life they want. Using powerful questions, reframing thoughts, etc. actors become more resilient and self-caring. Students learn to create actionable steps for their career path.
