ULB Apprentice Stunt Coordinator Program Exemption Application Process UBCP/ACTRA Members who do not meet the requirements of the ULB Apprentice Stunt Coordinator Program, who wish to seek an exemption to the program to work as a Stunt Coordinator on ULB productions may submit their exemption application to the UBCP/ACTRA Stunt Committee for consideration at: stunt.committee@ubcpactra.ca

For your submission, please include:
 1) A cover letter requesting a program exemption and the reasons why you believe you should be exempt from the ULB Apprentice Stunt Coordinator Program
2) A current resume that outlines:
• Stunt related credits on BCMPA, IPA, NCA or applicable sister union agreements.
• ULB productions you have worked on – include your role & number of days worked.
• Any courses such as Actsafe’s “Safety for Supervisors”, “Motion Picture Safety 101”, Occupational First Aid or any other relevant, recognized courses or training.
3) 4 letters of reference/support from established Stunt Coordinators (who meet the National Stunt Coordinator Registry Guidelines – min. 425 stunt related days & 10 years experience as an adult).
4) Any other relevant documentation that supports your application.

Applications will be reviewed by the UBCP/ACTRA Stunt Committee and a decision will be rendered and communicated to the member within 30 days. Members who are not satisfied with the Stunt Committee decision may appeal directly to the UBCP/ACTRA Executive Board where a final ruling will be made.

UBCP/ACTRA Members who do not meet the requirements of the ULB Apprentice Stunt Coordinator Program who wish to seek inclusion into the program to work as an Apprentice Stunt Coordinator on ULB productions may submit their inclusion application to the UBCP/ACTRA Stunt Committee for consideration at: stunt.committee@ubcpactra.ca

For your submission, please include:
1) A cover letter requesting a program inclusion and the reasons why you believe you should be included in the ULB Apprentice Stunt Coordinator Program
